Louis Cassinari, owner and second-generation proprietor of both Johnny's and La Cucina, continues to honor the legacy of his parents with 5-star hospitality and cuisine. La Cucina Italian Eatery on Lakeside and Moana is Cassinari's second location, where he's had the freedom to experiment with the building, menu, and atmosphere. Realizing the success of Johnny's, La Cucina now endeavors to measure up to its older brother restaurant, with a fine dining experience and Italian food equal to that of Johnny's.
